Pilates Personal Training

Bespoke sessions using all of the Pilates equipment. Pilates is more than just mat. See how the use of all the equipment can help you achieve your goals, whether that be getting you out of pain, improving physical function or toning and sculpting the body. Personal training is great because we work on programmes for YOUR body and hands on adjustments make such a difference

Massage Therapy

Choose from Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation or Hot Stone (coming soon). Available as 30 or 60 minutes appointments. Massage has so many benefits including reducing muscle tension, improving muscle function, and reducing stress.

Mat Pilates

Never underestimate the power of matwork. Practicing mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. All you need is a mat, so is perfect to continue your practice at home. Here in the studio it is so beneficial having an instructor to adjust your positioning and give tactile cues

Reformer

Reformer is the most popular piece of equipment. It is designed with a system of springs and pulleys that allows an exercise to become more accessible or more challenging based on the set up.
