The Studio
REFORM Pilates & Wellness is a home based studio situated in the beautiful village of Blunham, Bedfordshire. I have created a tranquil space with high spec equipment to deliver a high quality service. The inviting space is perfect for personal training sessions, duets and has a massage table for body treatments. I wanted to create a space to inspire you to move, connect and be challenged. It was important to me to have as much of the Pilates equipment as possible because true authentic Pilates is more than just mat and reformer.
Our personal sessions are designed to challenge your capabilities, and be fully adaptive to you, in a way that is not possible in a group class environment
About Hayley
Hi everyone, I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years now, first qualifying through STOTT Pilates, one of the leading schools in Pilates education. I first discovered Pilates during my degree in Dance Performance, it was one of our study subjects and I fell in love with it and its results. Pilates is exercise that I love to do and love to teach. I have since trained classically staying close to the original work by Joseph Pilates through J Pilates and Exhale Pilates London.
Other Pilates qualifications I hold are Pilates for Osteoporosis, Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Neurological Conditions.
I have a wealth of teaching experience including Physiotherapy clinics, Osteo clinic, studios, community classes, and I still currently teach Reformer classes at Champneys Health Spa, Henlow.
Now on to my massage certifications! I actually qualified in Massage Therapy before Pilates. I have always loved getting a massage myself and the benefits it gives. Nothing better than getting a tight knot released! I enjoy studying anatomy and found massage is something I was naturally gifted at. I went on to qualify in sports massage and have worked at The London Marathon, Physiotherapy and Osteo clinics. I am also certified in hot stone massage because who doesn’t love a bit of relaxation and the heat is so beneficial
